Thanks, so much Gwen for all your help while looking for a place in Tahoe. You made house hunting so much fun. I looked forward to meeting up with you every morning and making the rounds. I loved the way you were game to jump across creeks to see the meadows that were by houses we were interested in. You climbed up on fences to help unlatch stuck gates. You were a trooper and made what could have been a tedious property search an adventure.
I really appreciated all the advice about buying a place in snow country. You had amazing in site and without you sharing that I probably would have ended up with a house I would have been very cold in and shoveling way too much snow.
I also have to say thanks so much for helping us remotely. Being in Hawaii and trying to buy a place in Tahoe was challenging but you helped us out in so many ways, making sure everything was being done right. Even after closing we knew we could depend on you to help us out with things we were unable to do from Hawaii. I have passed your name on to two friends who are thinking of purchasing in Tahoe. I know they could not be in better hands.
Not only did we get a house in Tahoe, we also got a friend!
