About a week before I put my Lake Tahoe house on the market, I decided to stop by a US wide real estate company in Nevada to check out the housing market. The agent said, “Not much on the market at this time in the area”. I received a couple of emails from the agent with very few houses available. I put the house up for sale and within 3 days the house was sold. I mentioned to my agent that I had stopped by a real estate company and was extremely disappointed. She said that she knew a particularly good agent that could help me. The next day, Gwen made an appointment to come and see me. Gwen set up some showings and we spent 2 days looking and found the house I wanted. Gwen quickly made an offer and continued through the whole process, even kept me informed when she went on vacation. Gwen is such a go getter with a great personality and willingness to do anything.
