Although we were familiar with the area when we wanted to buy a house in Lake Tahoe, we knew we needed someone who knew the area inside out. We were able to give Gwen an idea of what we were looking for based on what we could see for sale in the area. She met us when we got there and took us to see what we had come up with and some she thought we would like based on our list. We fell in love with one in particular home but we were hesitant to put an offer right then.
When we were ready, she was on top of everything from writing the offer to the counters to keeping all the inspections running smoothly. If we were ever in the market to buy or sell no doubt, we would contact her and we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the area, she is wonderful.
